We are over the moon to announce that our Canoabo 70% and Ocumare 70% bonbons have won bronze medals at the World final of the International Chocolate Awards. We received the award last Monday, November 18th in a lovely ceremony held in the colonial town of Antigua in Guatemala. It was an exciting evening were we got to share with many of our chocolate-loving friends from around the world. And now it is time to share this delicious bonbon with you! As Thanksgiving nears, we wanted to give you a few ideas to dress up your Holiday table with Garcia Nevett Thanksgiving desserts. Serve our signature Chocolate Cake warm with salted caramel ice cream for a decadent dessert. Another idea is to serve it cold from the fridge on a bed of creme anglaise. If you don't have time, or frankly the inclination, to make a fancy creme anglaise, try melting a good quality real vanilla ice cream and serving that as a substitute.
