With Fall just around the corner, our fall chocolates are slowly coming back to the case at Miami's best chocolate shop! First up is a new batch of Raspberry bonbons. This two-layered beauty has a homemade raspberry pate de fruit top with a dark chocolate ganache bottom to round it out. It's an Academy of Chocolate award-winner! At Garcia Nevett we think almost everything is improved by dipping it in single-origin fine chocolate. So we have taken our favorite dried fruits and dipped them in 60% chocolate from Venezuela for a health-ish snack that will satisfy your sweet-tooth. As of now, we have packs of Pears, Apricots, Mangoes and spicy Gingerettes available. They are all dairy-free and gluten-free.

The Garcia Nevett Chocolate Week and Anniversary Party was a real success!   Our designer from Inner Circle Events creative studio went above and beyond to create an art installation that represented our journey. Charles Thomson from Sankuay provided delicious appetizers for our guests all evening and Proper Tequeno made sure we Venezuelans had our cheesy fix. Ahead of the trend: chocolate and cheese pairing in 2015

Lately, we have seen a rise in unusual chocolate pairings, including many with different types of cheeses. This trend is very 2019, but we were doing it back in 2015 for events at our commissary kitchen before opening Garcia Nevett chocolate shop in South Miami. As chocolatiers, we love pairing our bonbons with wines and liquors. The idea of doing a cheese pairing was inspired by our favored combination of sweet and savory flavors.
