Salon du Chocolat – Paris, France
October
This is an amazing experience! The Salon is the world’s largest chocolate event with fashion shows, live demos, and tastings from top global chocolatiers. We have been a few times and it is always worth it.
Northwest Chocolate Festival – Seattle, USA
November
This festival provides a deep dive into the world of craft chocolate with workshops, tastings, and expert-led discussions. We attended as vendors and lecturers in 2022 and had a blast.
Fairchild Botanical Garden Chocolate Festival – Miami, USA
January
Our local festival! Enjoy a mix of Miami and South Florida chocolate makers and chocolatiers in a stunning tropical garden setting, perfect for a family-friendly outing. We have been participating for the past 10 years.
Chocoa – Amsterdam, Netherlands
February
Celebrate sustainable chocolate at Chocoa, where you can taste high-quality chocolates and explore the entire bean-to-bar process. This big show is more focused on cacao and European chocolates. Attending it is on our bucket list.
