This is the magazine for cacao lovers!
The folks over at Cacao Magazine have graciously made available their two first issues for free online. You can access the issues here.
Cacao Magazine is a the first such magazine dedicated entirely to the cacao and chocolate industry. We love its beautiful design and wealth of content, with articles on everything from the importance of terroir in chocolate to chocolate recipes and interviews with big-name chocolate makers and chocolatiers.
Each issues is focused on one country famous for its chocolate tradition or its cacao. Issue 1 covers Germany, while Issue 2 is dedicated to Thailand.
We already have the two printed issues at the shop and have really enjoyed reading them. We hope you do too.
