Big winners at the International Chocolate Awards Americas round!
We're excited to announce that two delicious Garcia Nevett truffles were awarded medals at the International Chocolate Awards - Americas round.
The first was a Gold medal for our Tequila Lime, a sophisticated nod to the Margarita cocktail made with Casamigos tequila. It's a two-layered chocolate with a tart lime pâte de fruit and a vegan dark chocolate and tequila ganache. It's finished with just a hint of lime sea salt.
The second medal was bronze for one our Holiday favorites: the Ponche Crema. This chocolate is inspired by a Venezuelan rum-based drink, usually made with eggs and condensed milk. Our version is made with caramelized white chocolate and Ron Santa Teresa 1796.
Both entries have qualified for the World Final to be held in Germany in March 2021.
