The Fine Chocolate Industry Association held its first post-pandemic in-person event last week at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
The event included talks on marketing, running a chocolate business and accounting advise. There were also tastings lead by Maricel Presilla and the presentation of a new heirloom cacao designee.
In attendance were chocolate makers like Goodnow Farms and Fruition, as well as chocolatiers Dancing Lion and Pizelle.
As always, it was an inspiring day of sharing stories and chocolates with some of the best people in the fine chocolate industry.
