After weeks of intense training and two trips abroad, Susana is now a certified Level 3 chocolate taster from the International Institute of Cacao and Chocolate Tasting.
Her journey began with levels 1 and 2 in London, where she trained her palate to discern the wanted (and unwanted) flavors that should be part of a fine chocolate bar.
After several chocolate tasting sessions, some of them done virtually due to Covid, and a drool-worthy trip to Florence for more intense training, she aced her written exam and is now officially certified.
Susana met a lot of knowledgeable and fun chocolate lovers.
