We're so excited to share with you that we have received three medals for our chocolates from the Academy of Chocolate in London. The Academy of Chocolate is an independent organization of chocolate experts that strive to raise awareness about fine chocolate and cacao around the world. Learn more about them here.
We got a Silver medal for the crowd-favorite Passion Fruit and a Bronze medal each for Canoabo 70% and Rum Apricot. All three chocolates are made with premium Venezuelan chocolate and fine ingredients. The Passion Fruit has been a mainstay at Garcia Nevett for more than a decade, while the Rum Apricot was born out of a collaboration with Brugal 1888 rum here in Miami. The Canoabo 70% is a celebration of Venezuelan cacao at its finest.
We will try to have all three in store in the next few days (but, bear in mind it's Christmas and we're kinda swamped!). Hope you all get to taste them soon.
