Drinking chocolate - cold or hot chocolate for the win!

For 2 servings of hot chocolate:

1 cup of milk (for thicker chocolate use half & half)

1 sachet of Signature Drinking Chocolate mix from Garcia Nevett or 60g bittersweet chocolate powder

Put both ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Let it come to a simmer and whisk for 3-4 minutes. Pour into cup and let cool a little. Enjoy with your favorite cookie, cake or pastry (we like to dip grilled cheese in ours…)

For cold drinking chocolate, let the mixture cool completely and add a quarter cup of cold milk. Serve over ice.

For vegan hot chocolate, simply substitute water for the milk. The high quality of the chocolate in the GN Signature Drinking Chocolate mix will guarantee a satisfying drink till the very last drop.
