We are very excited to announce two new award-winners from the Chocolate Alliance and NW Chocolate Show:
- Gold: our Belize 70% dark chocolate ganache, made with Dandelion Chocolates special Maya Mountain chocolate, is a perfect example of how complex and satisfying high-quality chocolate can be. This ganache is made with very few ingredients so that the essence of the chocolate shines through.
- Silver: our Café de Hacienda bonbon has long been a favorite with our clients! It's a 60% dark chocolate ganache made with Chocolates El Rey Venezuelan chocolate, Colombian coffee roasted by Per'la Coffee Roasters here in Miami and sweetened with papelón (raw cane sugar)
