Intro to Chocolate Class: Thursday February 27th
This chocolate experience starts with a talk about chocolate, its history and types. We will do a sampling of different percentages of single-origin chocolates from Venezuela, widely considered to grow the finest cacao in the world. After, we will have a demo of how we make filled bonbons using our professional tempering machine and, in the end, you will get some hands-on action, by making your own bars and adding different toppings. You get to take home 3 medium bars.
We will offer some light refreshments.
