A 60% Venezuelan dark chocolate shell. A layer of homemade salted caramel. A brown butter ganache with crispy feuilletine crunch. Made by hand in our South Miami kitchen in small batches, by two sisters who have been making chocolate for over 12 years.

The feuilletine gives you the crunch. The salted caramel gives you the contrast. The brown butter ganache gives you the depth that makes you go back for a second bite before you have finished the first.
