We use our signature 60% Venezuelan dark chocolate and add just a little bit of brown sugar and a pinch of sea salt for a very balanced cup of the best hot chocolate. 

Bring the mix to a gentle boil with milk while whisking for a smooth and thick European-style hot chocolate.
