SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow three business days for processing.

For orders sent via 2nd Day Air, we ship Monday - Wednesday.

For orders sent Standard Overnight, or Priority Overnight, we ship Monday - Thursday.Standard Overnight: arrives next business day; Priority Overnight: typically arrives next day by 12 PM.

Ground Shipping is only available from November - April.

Special South Florida Shipping is available via UPS Ground all year. 

Orders placed after 11am (PST) will be shipped on the next available ship day.

To limit time in transit to a maximum of two business days, orders are NEVER shipped on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. No deliveries on Monday. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Miami residents may pick-up in store or choose next-day delivery. 

Unfortunately, at the moment we DO NOT SHIP outside the US (Including Canada or Puerto Rico)

For orders being shipped to multiple addresses, or for orders of large quantities, please allow additional processing time. 

Even though we make every effort to ensure accuracy of our available products, we reserve the right to make corrections if errors occur - all our products are hand-made in small batches after all. In an effort to assure satisfaction, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise; however, in order to prevent delays, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival. Just let them know something is coming... Expectation is half the fun, anyway.

Garcia Nevett Chocolatier de Miami is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a daytime/business location when possible. Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows couriers to leave packages without a signature. 

Unfortunately at this time we CANNOT issue refunds or returns for your chocolates if the package was damaged due to shipping or weather issues.
