Chocolate Tasting: This chocolate experience starts with a talk about chocolate, its history and types. Professional chocolatiers Susana and Isabel will guide you in a sampling of 5-6 different single-origin chocolates from around the world, as well as 3 of their award-winning confections. 

Class starts at 7:00pm and lasts about 1 hour. $25 pp

Chocolate and Wine Pairing: Discover the art of pairing fine wines with handcrafted chocolates in an intimate, guided experience. Our expert chocolatiers, Susana and Isabel, will walk you through the unique flavor profiles of our award-winning Venezuelan chocolates, while a sommelier curates a selection of exquisite wines to complement each bite.

Class starts at 7:00pm and lasts about 1 hour. $35 pp 

Private Introduction to Chocolate Class: 

This chocolate experience starts with a talk about chocolate, its history and types. Professional chocolatiers Susana and Isabel will guide you in a sampling of different percentages of single-origin chocolates from around the world. They will then share tips for working with chocolate. After, you will get in on the action by making your own bars and adding different toppings. You get to take home 3 medium bars.

Class starts at 7:00pm and lasts about 2 hours. $50 pp
