Another packed class was held last Wednesday at Garcia Nevett Chocolatier de Miami. A fun group of chocolate lovers gathered to learn more about the history of chocolate and how it's made. Then Susana, our resident certified chocolate taster, guided us through a tasting of different origins. Afterwards, we all stepped into the kitchen to make our own candy bars. A favorite topping: bits of our homemade crunchy caramel!
