Dr Carla Martin gives a powerful lecture about fine chocolate

We met the lovely Dr Carla Martin a year ago. She is one of the most knowledgeable people in the fine chocolate industry and it is a pleasure to hear her talk about the issues that surround our favorite food.

Recently, Dr Martin gave a riveting lecture on the state of the cacao and chocolate industry at Harvard University, where she teaches as lecturer in the Department of African and African American Studies. 

This hour long lecture is very insightful and we recommend any one with an interest in theobroma cacao to take the time and hear her out.
